Hacker Motor GmbH is a worldwide known company started in 1999 with focus on brushless dc motors for hobby and competition, mainly aviation. Since 2009 we have expanded our business into the industrial segment. We develop propulsion units from scratch and take them through the entire process incl. manufacturing. We mainly sell into e-mobility applications and industrial markets.
THE CHALLENGE
Whilst growing the company beyond the mark of 45 employees, we were facing increasing communication issues. We had been searching for some sort of tool, that would allow us to coach the team, follow up with their todo’s and plan resources.
THE SOLUTION
We tested multiple software applications out there. At the end of the day, Cirkus was the app that solved most of our demands! We are now able to basically use any platform and synchronise our data with our team and external partners. Fluent interaction within seconds, data storage, sharing options, task management and reporting.
All of this in one tool. I still have a couple of feature requests, but I guess there is much more to come.
